Privacy Policy

This notice explains what information Inside Saint Lucia receives, why we use it and the choices available to you.

Effective and last updated: August 20, 2026

Inside Saint Lucia respects your privacy. We collect only the information reasonably needed to answer enquiries, plan travel experiences, improve our website and communicate with people who ask to hear from us.

1. Who we are

Inside Saint Lucia offers locally guided Saint Lucia travel information and experiences. In this policy, “Inside Saint Lucia,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Inside Saint Lucia.

Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to travel@insidesaintlucia.com.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on how you contact or interact with us, we may receive:

  • Your name, email address and other contact information you choose to provide.
  • Your preferred travel dates, trip interests, budget considerations, accessibility needs and other details you include in an enquiry.
  • Responses you submit through a Meta or Messenger advertisement, including your preferred Christmas Reset week and whether you plan to travel solo.
  • Messages and correspondence exchanged with us by email, social media or Messenger.
  • Basic website usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device or browser type and referral source, collected through analytics and similar technologies.

Please do not send passport numbers, payment-card details, medical records or other highly sensitive information through a website form, email or Messenger unless we specifically request it through an appropriate secure process.

3. How we use information

We may use information to:

  • Respond to your questions and send requested itineraries, availability or payment information.
  • Understand your travel preferences and discuss whether an Inside Saint Lucia experience is a good fit.
  • Provide, coordinate and support services you choose to book.
  • Measure website and advertising performance and improve our content, offers and visitor experience.
  • Keep appropriate business records, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to help us understand how visitors find and use the site, measure advertising performance and improve our offers. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and may receive device, browser, usage, referral and approximate-location information.

The Meta Pixel records visits to our pages and selected actions, such as viewing the Christmas Reset offer. This helps us measure whether an advertisement was effective and may help us show relevant advertising to people who have previously visited our website.

You can limit cookies through your browser settings and manage advertising preferences in your Google and Meta account settings. Blocking cookies may affect some website functions.

5. Meta and social advertising

If you respond to an advertisement on Facebook, Instagram or Messenger, Meta may process information under its own terms and privacy policy and may share your submitted responses with Inside Saint Lucia. We use those responses to reply to your enquiry and provide the information you requested.

Meta may also receive website event information through the Meta Pixel. Your activity on Meta’s services is governed by Meta’s privacy policy and account settings.

6. When information may be shared

We may share limited information with service providers that support our website, analytics, communications, advertising, bookings or trip arrangements, but only as reasonably needed for those services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer.

Some service providers may process information in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ.

7. Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, provide requested services, maintain appropriate records and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no email, messaging platform or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete information you have provided, or ask us to stop sending marketing communications. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.

To make a request, email travel@insidesaintlucia.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

9. Children’s privacy

Our travel offers and enquiry services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website or our advertising lead forms.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or services change. The effective date shown at the top will identify the latest version.
